We are adding to our outstanding team with a Marketing Specialist. This position may be based from any of our locations across the state. You will support the Marketing Team in a variety of tasks to accomplish the Bank's marketing objectives. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing materials across a variety of channels to ensure campaigns meet business objective.

• Produce and distribute multiple project-specific creative assets across all channels, in support of the overall brand and marketing objectives to drive product awareness and support the Bank's growth.
• Designs digital and print marketing content for advertisements, flyers, signage, social media and other needs within the Bank's brand guidelines.
• Assist with the execution of advertising and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinates the internal and external distribution of marketing assets and maintains marketing asset library and suite of creative marketing templates.
• Collaborate on ideas to meet business goals; transform creative concepts into effective marketing/promotion (brainstorm, design, and execute concepts and content across all channels)
• Scheduling and placement of local media, negotiating rates and/or contracts as needed.
• Maintain an understanding of the Bank's brand, products, services, and culture, and ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand standards and are accurate, current, and effective.
• Effectively translate knowledge into branded content; research, create and proofread relevant and accurate content for multiple marketing communication channels.
• Move projects through channels of approval and comply with all Marketing Team and Bank processes and procedures and collaborate with compliance reviewers to ensure all content and designs meet regulatory compliance standards prior to distribution.
• Develop social media assets and schedule posts that build brand, bank event, and product awareness.
• Provide general support to the marketing team as necessary.
• Represent the Bank at various community, business, and educational functions.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements:

4 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other common marketing programs and tools

Education and Experience Preferences:

Degree or certification in graphic design or marketing, or related field

Demonstrated working experience with corporate branding/identity

Well-versed in design principles, layout, and composition

Foundational understanding of traditional and digital marketing channels and industry trends

Familiarity with bank compliance rules and regulations as they pertain to marketing and advertising

Work experience in banking industry
